Question 1

Is the UW Cashback Card free?

Accepted Answer

Card availability, eligibility and any fees depend on the current offer. Check the latest card terms; it is a prepaid product rather than a credit facility.

Question 2

How is cashback paid with the UW card?

Accepted Answer

Any cashback credit, voucher, bank-transfer or other treatment depends on eligible spending and the current card and provider terms. Confirm the timing and method before relying on a reward.

Question 3

Which supermarkets earn the most cashback?

Accepted Answer

Sainsbury's, M&S, and Waitrose typically offer the highest cashback rates (3–5%) in the UW partner network. Asda and Tesco also participate. Rates are set by the retailer and can change over time.

Question 4

Can my partner also get a UW cashback card?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Secondary cardholders can be added to a UW account. Each card earns cashback independently, so a family where both adults use the card for shopping can significantly increase the monthly cashback total.
